Corey Kelly, A.I.A.
Corey completed his architectural studies at Montana State University, where he earned a Bachelors degree and Masters degree in Architecture in 2003. Upon graduation, Corey left his native Montana to pursue a career in New York. As a project manager for a world-renowned acoustical design company, he utilized his knowledge of both architecture and construction to help create high-end musical recording studios that were both functional and inviting. Corey and his former colleague received the annual Technical, Excellence, and Creativity award for Best Recording Studio Design in 2004.
Upon returning to Montana in 2005, Corey joined the team at Locati Architects. Since then, he has grown to love the creative environment that is present, and working with several architects has increased his knowledge of residential design and fostered an appreciation for the rustic, yet innovative styling characteristic of the company’s projects. Inspired by the natural beauty of Montana and its resources, Corey appreciates the minute details that give every design a sense of character and convey an appreciation for the history and splendor of the surrounding area.
