Assistant Project Manager
Growing up, Olivia and her family lived primarily in Mexico, spending a few years abroad in the US and Europe. These years spent traveling abroad instilled a love and deep appreciation for architecture — Olivia discovered how history and culture are communicated through the built environment. The transcendence and permanence of architecture inspired her to pursue it as a career.
Olivia graduated from the University of Monterrey, Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, spending a summer in Krakow, Poland where she took an Architectural Preservation Studio. She obtained her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California with an emphasis on Building Science. After graduate school, Olivia worked for non-profit Architecture 2030 in Santa Fe, NM developing educational content for the AIA+2030 Professional Series and the 2030 Palette, including helping translate it into Spanish. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and helped build houses in rural Honduras with Global Architecture Brigades. Olivia has experience working on high end mountain homes and enjoys the challenge that each new project brings. Olivia is a team player who truly enjoys collaborating with her fellow Locati coworkers and clients alike.
When she’s not in the office, Olivia can be found exploring the outdoors in her new home state of Montana with her husband and cattle dog — mountain biking, hiking, skiing or anything that gets her outside.
