Tanner Powell-Palm

PROJECT MANAGER / LEED GA

Growing up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota gave Tanner a unique midwestern perspective and a longing for the forests and mountains of Montana. He brought that appreciation to Locati along with a varied skillset, an unwavering curiosity and ability to consider and incorporate all different scales with attention to detail and craft.

Tanner graduated Montana State University earning a Master of Architecture degree, as well as, achieving his B.A. Environmental Design and B.A. Film and Photography. Additionally, he is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate (LEED GA) and is beginning his journey towards architectural licensure.

Outside of Locati, you can probably find Tanner with his 4×5 film view camera in tow scaling his red 92 Jeep Wrangler through the remote forest service roads of Montana, traveling to and photographing off-beat rural Midwest towns, sketching and exploring on spontaneous overnight trips to Chicago or Seattle, or writing poetry and collecting bones in the Big Horn Mountains.
