Sydney Nelson

AIA / ARCHITECT

A Montana native, Sydney grew up in Billings. The many hours spent watching her father bring projects to life as an architect led Sydney to fall in love with the culture and process of architecture and design at a young age. This inspired her to pursue her Master of Architecture and Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design at Montana State University. During school, she joined the Locati team as an intern and is now a licensed architect.

Her background brings a broad and combined awareness of both fields of study to her work. During the design process, she enjoys getting creative, challenging herself, and collaborating with the Locati team.

Outside the office, Sydney enjoys time spent with family at their cabin in the Bighorn National Forest, watching baseball, honing her architectural photography skills, and exploring the world through travel.
